Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add about 4 cups of coleslaw mix, chopped apples, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts. Toss to combine.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine half a cup of mayonnaise with a quarter cup of plain yogurt. Add honey and ground ginger, and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and fold in gently to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
