Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, add about 4 cups of coleslaw mix, chopped apples, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts. Toss to combine.
- In a separate bowl, combine half a cup of mayonnaise with a quarter cup of plain yogurt. Add honey and ground ginger, and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and fold in gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
