Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Segment the oranges by peeling and cutting between the membranes to release the flesh.
  2. Core the Honeycrisp apple and cut it into ½ to 1-inch pieces. Peel and slice the kiwis into ½-inch rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the segmented oranges, apple pieces, and kiwi slices. Toss gently.
  4. Drizzle lime juice and honey or maple syrup over the fruit and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle pomegranate arils and fresh mint over the salad before serving. Serve immediately or chill.
