- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems; chop the stems finely.
- Mix the chopped stems with cream cheese, sausage or bacon, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling, pressing gently.
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on the greased baking sheet.
- Press a small olive into the center of each stuffed mushroom cap.
- Bake the stuffed mushrooms for 20 to 25 minutes until tender and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving on a platter.
