Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by draining the canned lychees and carefully inserting a blueberry into each lychee's hole, arranging them in a jelly mold. Sprinkle some popping candy among the lychees.
  2. Dissolve the green jelly powder in hot water and pour over lychees. Refrigerate until set (about 30 minutes).
  3. Pour the remaining green jelly, cover the lychees and chill for 2 hours or until firmly set.
  4. Prepare the red jelly following instructions and pour it over the green layer. Chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
  5. To unmold, dip the bottom of the mold in hot water, flip onto a plate, and garnish with popping candy before serving.
