- Begin by slicing two medium-sized onions thinly. Place them evenly at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Lay chicken drumsticks on top of the sliced onions. Sprinkle the French onion soup mix over the chicken.
- Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, followed by the chicken stock and diced tomatoes.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6 hours.
- After cooking, remove the chicken drumsticks and mix cornstarch with water until smooth.
- Stir the cornstarch mixture into the slow cooker and switch to high for 15 minutes to thicken.
- Return the chicken to the slow cooker, stirring to coat with the sauce.
