Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook diced chicken for 5–7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.

- Roll out puff pastry to cover your skillet. Seal the edges and cut slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
- Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg for a golden crust.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
- Let the pot pie cool for a few minutes before serving directly from the skillet.
