  • 1 pound Beef Strips flank steak, sirloin, or ribeye recommended
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers mixed colors for vibrancy
  • 1 large Onions sweet onions recommended
  • 4 cloves Garlic fresh, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger fresh, minced
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
For Cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Oil can substitute with vegetable or avocado oil

Cooking Steps
  1. Thinly slice the beef into strips, place in a bowl, and coat with cornstarch and soy sauce. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat peanut oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Increase heat to high and add marinated beef strips, stir-frying for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cornstarch. Pour over the browned beef.
  5. Add sautéed onions and desired bell peppers, tossing for 1-2 minutes until peppers are tender. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
