Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle, about 10x14 inches.
  4. Layer provolone cheese, sautéed mushrooms, pepperoni, and mozzarella on the rolled dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the opposite side, tuck the ends under to seal.
  6. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Whisk together olive oil, parmesan, and Italian seasoning; brush over the top.
  7. Cut a few slits on the surface of the Stromboli and bake for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
