Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Reindeer Sloppy Joe Sliders
  1. Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add ground turkey or beef and cook for 7-10 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat. Stir in ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, brown mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
  2. While the meat mixture simmers, split Kings Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Lay the bottom half on a serving platter and spoon the meat filling onto each half.
