- Start by gathering your ripe, cubed watermelon and freshly squeezed lime juice. Blend them in a high-speed blender until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about ½ inch of space at the top to allow for expansion.
- Cover the molds with lids or foil, and insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
- Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until firm.
