Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dice fresh peaches to yield approximately one cup.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the salted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar.
  4. Mix in the large egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, sea salt, ground cinnamon, and baking powder.
  6. Slowly combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  7. Fold in the diced peaches, chopped pecans, and white chocolate chips gently.
