Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter completely.

  3. Add the food coloring to the melted marshmallow mixture and mix until evenly distributed.
  4. Fold in the Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal until well-coated.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool for about 5 minutes, then shape into balls using your hands.
  6. Press a large Wilton candy eye into the center of each ball.
  7. Set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool completely for 15-20 minutes.
