- Grind the Earl Grey tea and dried culinary lavender in a food processor until finely ground.
- Whisk the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground tea-lavender mixture in a mixing bowl.
- Cream softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar using an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes until fluffy.
- Add room temperature eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla bean paste.
