Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the eggs, canned cranberries (with sauce), orange zest and juice, applesauce, almond extract, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
