  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Ensure it’s thawed before use

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Microwave cream cheese for about 30 seconds until soft. Mix with egg, olive oil, and dried dill.
  3. Combine spinach, feta cheese, and bacon bits in a bowl. Stir and add the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Roll out puff pastry and cut into nine 4-inch squares. Line the muffin pan with the pastry.
  5. Fill pastry cups with spinach filling, about three-quarters full, pressing edges slightly.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
