Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, gently heat 2 cups of whole milk over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Pour the hot milk into a blender. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of sea salt, and spices. Blend for about 30 seconds.
  3. With the blender running, add 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk and blend for an additional 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh colander into a mug.
  5. Drizzle in honey to taste, and stir well before serving.
