- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, breaking it apart until evenly browned.
- Transfer the beef and onion mixture to the baking dish, creating an even layer.
