Step-by-Step Instructions
- Combine strong white flour, strong wholewheat flour, easy-blend dried yeast, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Gradually add warm water and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a round shape about 15cm in diameter. Place the rounds on oiled baking sheets.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing passata with crushed garlic, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the sauce mixture onto each pizza base, leaving a 2cm border along the edge for the crust.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella on each pizza and create a spider design with black olives.
- Cover the pizzas with a kitchen towel and let them rise for 20 minutes in a warm spot.
- Preheat the oven to 240°C. Bake the risen pizzas for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes
Knead the dough adequately for a chewy texture and ensure your water is warm to activate the yeast effectively.
