Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Your Baking Tray: Line a 23 x 33cm baking tray with baking parchment.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate over simmering water or in the microwave. Mix in orange food coloring.
  3. Melt the Dark Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate the same way and stir in black food coloring.
  4. Assemble the Chocolate Layers: Pour melted orange chocolate into the tray, drizzle dark chocolate over, and swirl gently with a skewer.
  5. Add Decorations: While the chocolate is soft, sprinkle colored sweets and place edible eyes on top.
  6. Chill to Set: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
  7. Break into Pieces: Lift out the bark from the tray, and break into irregular shards.
