- In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Whisk until smooth and add chicken, ensuring it's coated. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook for 3-5 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pot, heat chicken broth over medium-high until simmering, about 5 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the marinated chicken, and cook for 6-8 minutes until cooked through. Remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, add cooked ramen and pour in the simmering chicken broth. Stir in heavy cream and cook for 2-3 minutes.
