  • 1 batch Pizza Dough Homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For drizzling
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
For the Toppings
  • 1 bunch Asparagus Medium-to-thick
  • 3 small Potatoes Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cheese (Gruyere or White Cheddar) Vegan cheese can substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Chives Fresh, chopped
  • optional Chive Blossoms For garnish

Method
 

Directions
  1. Prepare asparagus ribbons by shaving the asparagus using a vegetable peeler and discarding the tough ends. Set aside.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic on the dough.
  3. Layer thinly sliced potatoes and chopped asparagus bits across the dough.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over vegetables and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
  5. Add asparagus ribbons on top and chive blossoms if using, then return to oven for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve with a chilled rosé for an elevated touch.
