  1. Rinse 2 cups of fresh cranberries under cold water, chop half a red onion, and one jalapeño pepper. Roughly chop a handful of cilantro.
  2. In a food processor, combine the rinsed cranberries, chopped jalapeño, diced onion, and cilantro. Add a tablespoon of sugar and juice of one fresh lime. Pulse until well mixed.
  3. Pulse to desired consistency, about 10-15 seconds. The colors should meld beautifully.
