Step-by-Step Instructions for Broccoli Quiche
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out your pie dough and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Blind bake it for about 13 minutes until lightly golden.
- Heat a splash of extra-virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped broccoli florets and sauté for around 4 minutes. Then add green onions and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
