Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine the salted mini pretzel twists, grated parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Pulse until fine.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in balsamic vinegar. Toss the chicken tenderloins in this mixture until coated.
  4. Dredge the chicken in the prepared pretzel mixture and place on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While baking, combine honey, balsamic vinegar, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder in a pot over low heat.
  7. Serve the chicken with the honey balsamic sauce drizzled over top and garnished with fresh thyme.
