Instructions for Crispy Buffalo Tofu with Caesar Salad
  1. Begin by draining and pressing the extra-firm tofu for at least 15 minutes to eliminate excess moisture.
  2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes, roughly one inch, and set aside on a kitchen towel to absorb moisture.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, gently toss the pressed tofu cubes with buffalo sauce for an even coating.
  4. Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer and set to 400°F for 12 minutes.
  5. While tofu is cooking, wash and chop the kale, then combine with Caesar dressing, salt, and pepper.
  6. Toss kale salad until evenly coated, then serve immediately, topping with crispy buffalo tofu.
