- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, fruit jam, milk or coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If the mixture is too thick, gradually add more milk, about 1 tablespoon at a time, until it's pourable but not runny.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters full. Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds and carefully pull on the sticks.
