  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt substitute with dairy-free yogurt for vegan option

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, fruit jam, milk or coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add more milk, about 1 tablespoon at a time, until it's pourable but not runny.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters full. Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.
  5. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds and carefully pull on the sticks.
