  • 1 medium Orange Zest and juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, orange zest, orange juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a baking sheet and brush the cranberry mixture all over the turkey.
  4. Cover the turkey with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the pan juices.
  6. Once the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), remove it from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
