- In another bowl, whisk together flour and brown sugar. Add cold butter and blend until coarse crumbs form. Fold in chopped pecans.
Cobbler Assembly
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish and pour the pumpkin filling. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the filling.
Baking
- Bake for 45 minutes until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
