Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and mini chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Roll out one pre-made pie crust to fit your baking dish and place it in the dish, sealing the edges.
  4. Spoon the ricotta filling into the crust evenly, leaving a small border around the sides.
  5. Unroll the second pie crust and place it over the filling, sealing the edges and brushing with beaten egg, then sprinkle sugar on top.
