  • 2 cups Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix Store-bought is convenient
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Optional
  • 3/4 cup Milk Non-dairy alternatives can be used

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  3. Stir in lump crab meat and frozen mixed vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of flour over the seafood mixture. Gradually pour in 1 cup of seafood stock and 1 cup of heavy cream, stirring continuously. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  7. Combine 2 cups of biscuit mix and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Stir in 3/4 cup of milk until a soft dough forms.
  8. Dollop the biscuit dough evenly over the seafood mixture.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  10. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
