Method
 

Make the Bat Wings
  1. Melt dairy-free chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe bat wing shapes onto wax paper. Chill for 1 hour.
Prepare Googly Eyes
  1. Combine powdered sugar with enough water to form a thick paste. Roll small balls and place them on a tray. Press mini chocolate chips into each ball to make eyes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Make Brownie Batter
  1. Combine vegan buttery spread, brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt, cocoa powder, and oat flour in a food processor. Pulse until thick batter forms.
Shape Brownie Bites
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet. Roll spoonfuls of batter into balls and arrange on the sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Assemble Bats
  1. Once the brownie bites have cooled, attach bat wings by pressing them into the sides and place googly eyes on the front.
