Make the Bat Wings
- Melt dairy-free chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe bat wing shapes onto wax paper. Chill for 1 hour.
Prepare Googly Eyes
- Combine powdered sugar with enough water to form a thick paste. Roll small balls and place them on a tray. Press mini chocolate chips into each ball to make eyes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Make Brownie Batter
- Combine vegan buttery spread, brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt, cocoa powder, and oat flour in a food processor. Pulse until thick batter forms.
Shape Brownie Bites
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet. Roll spoonfuls of batter into balls and arrange on the sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Assemble Bats
- Once the brownie bites have cooled, attach bat wings by pressing them into the sides and place googly eyes on the front.
Serve & Store
- Enjoy fresh or refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
