- Begin by selecting a jar or bowl to mix your Brownie Batter Overnight Oats. Add rolled oats, chia seeds (if using), unsweetened cocoa powder, salt, and 1 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips. Stir the components together until well combined.
- Pour in your choice of milk, whether dairy or plant-based, into the jar. Follow with maple syrup and vanilla extract, then add Greek yogurt or nut butter. Stir or shake the jar until smooth.
- Seal the jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
