Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet, fresh blueberries, juicy diced peaches, and crisp sliced Persian cucumbers. Chop the fresh basil finely and add it to the bowl, ensuring everything is cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of kosher salt along with freshly ground black pepper until fully blended.
  3. While continuing to whisk the mustard mixture, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the dressing is well emulsified and smooth.
