Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice a fresh baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Halve 2 ripe avocados and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash until creamy but slightly chunky. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
  3. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds and 1/3 cup of crumbled feta cheese into the mashed avocado. Mix carefully to preserve the integrity of the pomegranate seeds.
